You will find everything you need here ie: beautiful boutique shops, cafes, bars, restaurant, bank, supermarket, sushi etc. Don't forget to checkout its funky second hand stores. Fitzroy has one of the best surf breaks and beaches in Taranaki. Stroll along the black sand, take a dip at the beautiful beach or walk along the walkway and discover the beauty of the West Coast. 5 min drive west or a 20 min walk along the walkway will take you to the CBD. Check out Pukariki Museum, Govett Brewster Art Gallery, Bowl of Brooklands or the popular Puekura Park. 5 min drive East will take you to the Valley Shopping Centre - Briscoes, Mitre 10 Mega, Countdown, Rebel plus many more chain stores. Your stay will be in the bottom apartment unit. You have sole access to the back yard and the bbq area. Please be considerate to the upstairs apartment with no loud noise especially after 9pm cut off. I have the same house rules for both upstairs and downstairs apartments. Even though the floor space between the apartments has been soundproofed you may still hear a bit of general movement and low voice noise. Hot water isn't endless. The tank is a large 180 L (If you are a larger group you need to be aware of this as the water will turn cold once emptied) If you empty the tank it will take about 2 - 3 hours to heat up another tank full. This beautiful warm spacious unit has modern furnishings and luxury linen. Master bedroom - Queen bed and single trundle bed can be used in this room. Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and single bed. Bedroom 3 - Two long single beds (superior spring system for adults/children to sleep on). Pull out sofa bed in the lounge. (Trundle bed can be put in the lounge if that suits better) It also has sole access to the sunny relaxing back yard and barbecue area.. Sleeps up to 10 people. On those cooler days, relax around the cosy wood burner watch SKY SPORT, play a board game or open up the boxes of toys. Pet friendly. Milk, coffee, tea and other essential items are supplied. Guest access This apartment is private to the guests for the full length of their stay with a fully equipped kitchen. You have sole access to the back yard and barbecue area. We have a playhouse to the back yard which the kids will love. You can easily see the kids while you have some chill out time. Other things to note We kindly ask guests when leaving to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on to cycle 3, wipe down the table and benches, put the rubbish in the porch, used towels can be left in the bathroom or laundry area and leave the house clean and tidy. Please enjoy yourself but be respectful with no noise after 9pm. Your stay will be in the bottom apartment. There is another apartment above you. No parties allowed or loud noise.
