Old Ticino stone house, completely renovated, with two typical south-facing balconies. Ideal for quiet holidays in the countryside, 15 minutes from the tourist attractions of Locarno and Bellinzona. The space Small, completely renovated three-story house surrounded by greenery and away from traffic. Free private parking. On the ground floor, a bathroom and new kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. On the first floor, a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm). On the second floor, a bedroom with 4 single beds (90 cm) and a baby cot. A quiet green space in front of the entrance, with a deckchair and a small garden table. Two balconies with beautiful views of the Magadino Plain and the Gambarogno mountains. Guest access Guests have the whole house to themselves. Other things to note There is no elevator and there are many stairs. The house is therefore not suitable for people with physical disabilities. HEATING (for the cold months): The house is heated with a wood-burning stove in the kitchen and a wood-burning stove upstairs (in the living room). The stoves are lit and loaded by the guests, the wood is available. Upon arrival, guests will find the house warm. Electric heating can be added to the room. Registration Details C40297
