Ideal for up to 4 people, their 53 sqm feature a large bedroom with a king sized bed (180 x 200 cm) and an east facing balcony, a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, and an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining. The ensuite bathroom with shower has two doors, connecting to the living room and bedroom. The architects and owners, Britta and Matthew, designed its apartments following the already established Miniloft philosophy: the feeling of a home away from home, with the advantages of a design boutique hotel. Our Apartment Hotel features a total of fourteen carefully designed apartments, organized in 4 types which range from studios (open concept rooms), ideal for 1 or 2 guests, to apartments with up to 2 separate bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Choose between our "Einfach", "Zweifach", "Dreifach" and "Vielfach" apartment types, according to your preference. We have some apartments with special features, such as showers with skylights, double-door bathrooms, balconies, fireplaces, city skyline views from 190-degree windows, etc. All our modern apartments have minimal but warm and cozy interiors, complete with handcrafted wooden furniture and dark welded metal accents. Guest access The apartment includes bedding and towels, and is equipped with all the essentials to cook: pots, pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, cups, etc. There is a self-service laundry room in our basement where guests can use the coin-operated washing machine and the dryer. Guests staying with babies and toddlers will receive a baby cot, baby bathtub, potty, high-chair and plastic crockery... Guests are welcome to use our shared roof terrace to gaze upon the city skyline, on the top floor. Other things to note As with all of the city center of Berlin, there can be some construction going on around us, although the apartments are well insulated, it is normal that during business hours some audible disturbances might occur. *There is an additional fee for the use of the woodstove - this service includes firewood and a fire starter, as well as the end cleaning of the woodstove.
