The space PROPERTY LAYOUT : - A 4-Bedroom villa. - The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, a verandah with a swing. - The first floor which is externally connected by fabricated stairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 attached bathrooms, a terrace cum balcony. - There is another property in the same compound which has common entry/exit gate. PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS : - Valley View. - Free Wifi. - Delicious Homely Food. - Secured parking. - Secured compound. - Inverter back up for power loss. - Hot water. - Refrigerator. - Water Purifier. - Verandah with a swing. - Valleyside Sit Out Terrace. - Security Cameras. It is located at a distance of 5kms from Panchgani market which should take around 20mins to reach. Guest access - Entire 4 bedroom villa. - Access to the backside Redstone cottage area and the lawn is restricted as it is a separate private property in the same compound. Other things to note - Please use the home like your own. Any damage will be recovered. - Noise or music after 9pm is strictly prohibited which is monitored by police and will lead to legal action if not followed. - Smoking inside the house is not permitted. - Additional guests will be charged Rs.850 per person per day. - Food needs to be ordered minimum 5hours in advance and will be served on the ground floor only between 8.30am and 08:30pm. - Care Taker doesn't live at the property. - Food may not be available if the care taker is not available to prepare. - Access to the backside Redstone cottage area and lawn is restricted which is a different property in the same premises. - Cooking is not permitted. - Wifi may not be available in case of a technical fault. - Govt IDs(Only Aadhar/Passport/License) having address and ID number will be required of every guest before Check In. - There is no separate space or bathroom for driver. - Any kind of illegal activity is prohibited on the property. - Care Taker or Owner will not be responsible for any valuables of guests. - Washing car or clothes is not permitted.
