Surrounded by walls, the property has 2 private accesses to the sea via the rocks. Bright interior, largely open to the panoramic view, you'll think you're on a boat at high tide. On the ground floor: - dining room (table for 8 to 10 people, benches). - living room with fireplace, TV, Blu-ray player. - fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, full dishes, cleaning products). - toilet with hand basin. - 1 double bedroom (160 bed) sea view. The house is located 2 km from the town center (small supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, distributor). You can easily get there by bike or on foot via the beach. The market is held every Friday morning (food only off-season). Numerous sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity will allow you to vary the pleasures. But you may also not want to leave the house and its garden; so swim right in front, to reach your deckchair and coffee or jacuzzi faster to admire the bay while warm. The nautical center and its many activities for young and old (paddle, sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc...) is across the bay. From your chair, outside or inside, you can follow your children's progress in the bay with binoculars, or watch them fish in the rocks. The bay is crossed from the house at low tide. Coastal trails at the end of the path (GR34). Numerous activities a few kilometers away: sand yachting, horseback riding, golf 30 minutes away. Classified and protected tourist sites of the Côte des Légendes accessible by bike (5 km): rocks and village of Méneham, Keremma dunes by the coast. Port of Roscoff 30 minutes away, pier for the island of Batz. Brest-Guipavas Airport 30 min drive. Brest train station 40 min drive. Landerneau train station 30 min drive.
