Thônes is a picturesque Alpine town in the heart of Reblochon country. Just minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, it’s perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and winter sports. In summer, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, swimming, canyoning, and more — with stunning Annecy only 20 minutes away. There is a second balcony on the ground floor, ideal for sunny breakfasts, and a large South-facing terrace with hot-tub leading on to a large flat garden and a lovely pétanque course. When it’s cold outside, the best place to be is gathered around the log fire, though hardier types can always grab a blanket and a glass of mulled wine and enjoy star-gazing from the terrace. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. Please note the owners live in the apartment in the basement of the chalet, with their young dog Siena (Italian Spinone). The apartment has its own independent access. Although we accept dogs at the property, pets must not be left on their own at the chalet to avoid any damage, without prior consent from the owner. Thank you for your understanding. Cats are not welcome at the property. There is a stream that runs through the garden, which is generally dry in the summer months. IMPORTANT : please note that parties are forbidden at this property SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage.
