Comfortable room in large via, bright ,with 2 balconies to the street ,exterior ,very central ,with double bed ,large armchair , work area this room has another with bunk bed with 2 single beds of 90 with work area TV balcony the outside street will be all over the center ,comfortably installed , you can leave at any time ,the area is very safe , has everything , to enjoy the wonderful life of Madrid with tranquility and comfort, you will feel at home The space In the house there is good atmosphere, cleanliness and tranquility Guest access Bathroom and kitchen (we ask that guests are respectful and very important CLEAN) During your stay We will be willing to help in whatever is needed Other things to note Enjoy Madrid. The neighborhood has everything you're looking for, everything is very close to home ;) It's very comfortable and cozy. You can live as if you were at home. Very central, all kinds of transportation at the doorstep, the airport is 25 minutes away and you can come by direct metro, also in the neighborhood you can shop all the fashion brands, markets, supermarkets, pharmacy, cultural area, beer, tapas, green areas for sports, large park for children, hairdressers, they have shows, theaters, cinemas, restaurants, the neighborhood is very complete and comfortable :) and being in the center you can come home without any problems, If you have children or need anything, the area is quiet and safe. We hope to help you with everything you need and make you feel at home 😜🙏 The paint is peeling on the ceiling of the room because we like it that way. These are old apartments in the center and we like them to keep their charm. You will feel at home ;) We have changed the armchair in the room, it is no longer the one in the photo. We are evolving and adding new details so that guests feel better and better 😃
