Alocin Villa, Rawai, Phuket

A quiet villa with it's own perimeter wall and electronic gate and surrounded by just a few other villas. Located to the southern end of the island, Rawai is about a one hour drive from Phuket Airport. NB: Rental rates can differ greatly from that quoted by this website. It is not easy to state a daily rate and have this translate correctly. Longer quotes may receive a discount offer, depending on length/time of year (at Peak times premiums can apply). A quote will be provided on request. The space The villa is a 10-15 minute flat walk to Rawai Beach and a 5 minute drive to Nai Harn Beach and Chalong Pier. Chalong Pier and Rawai Beach are location points for many of the island hopping and diving/snorkel boat excursions. Guest access All of the villa rooms, terrace and garden are available. Other things to note Note 1: There are two comfortable foldaway beds available if a party of 8 persons, including two children/young teenagers, wish to stay. Additional persons quotation provided on request. Note 2: Electricity usage is charged at cost based on check-in and check-out metre readings, as agreed with the Managing Agent.
