The space Green Suites Miengo is a ground floor apartment with two gardens and with independent entrance to the house both pedestrian and from the parking space of the garage. Oriented south, west and north, all rooms are exterior. Tastefully decorated, the apartment has, among other services and details, an awning and motorized blinds, a barbecue, a gym, a hydromassage shower, a bathtub and a bidet in the main room, two gardens and a strategic location since it is very well connected to the Santander-Torrelavega highway, 3 minutes away and 2 minutes by car from Mogro Train Station. If you need an additional guest, it may be possible with a small surcharge of €25 per person per day. Please check with the host in advance. We also allow pets, up to a maximum of two dogs (if there are three, ask, depending on the size). It is necessary to notify us if the dogs are over 20 kg. Cats are allowed with prior notice. The pool is generally open from early June to late September, plus or minus a few days, depending on the weather. It has an outdoor shower for the pool in the front garden. Other things to note It has a strategic location as it is very well connected to the Santander-Torrelavega highway, 3 minutes away, and 2 minutes by car from Mogro train station. 50 meters away is the regional bus stop that connects with Santander and Torrelavega at different frequencies. In no case are guests allowed whose purpose is to use the facilities for private parties or nighttime activities... Failure to comply with this rule would result in eviction from the accommodation. It is forbidden to make noise after 10 pm and until 8 am. Please respect the hours of rest. Small or medium-sized dogs are allowed, preferably up to 20 kg. Well-behaved large dogs that do not cause damage are also allowed, with the owners being responsible. There is a surcharge of €20 per dog per stay. Maximum two dogs. For other animals or a greater number, please consult us. It is forbidden for the animal to relieve itself in the private gardens of Greensuites. If the animal does so, the guest must clean it up and leave it as clean as it was.
