Charming Midtown Getaway

🏠 There are two bedrooms with a total of five beds, and the bed arrangements are as follows: 🛏️ 5 Beds Room 1 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin Room 2 : 2 Twins There is 1 twin bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The space Charming Old South West house in a quite neighborhood, equipped with 2 UHD 65” Smart TVs, smart Thermostat( forced air) throughout the house, 2 beautiful bathrooms one has a bathtub and the other has a stand shower. There is a patio in the side of the house that provides complete privacy and contains a propane BBQ grill. Guest access Access to backyard, garage and amenities( washer, dryer, washing machine, Propane grill, outdoor dining w/umbrella). Other things to note Important NOTE: Please note that Reno area is a ski destination with great ski resorts around. visitors need to be prepared for harsh weather conditions, road closures and always check the weather forecast and plan ahead. We do recommend to start your travel, early in the morning if possible and before it gets dark, to minimize any road hazards. Also driving AWD/4WD vehicles with tire chains are recommended. So please be prepared because we can’t provide any refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures. We are not responsible for any of your packages or deliveries. You are responsible for any missing packages.
