Short walking distance to lots of great restaurants, supermarkets, Cairns Convention Centre, Reef Casino and Tourist attractions. Sit back relax and enjoy the view watching boats passing by. The space Apartment is fully air-conditioned. Privately Owned and run, all communication is through Airbnb your Host or co-host only. Free Wi-Fi. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, Cloths Rack, iron, ironing board, pegs etc and laundry washing Liquid/capsules. Large open-plan dining, kitchen and living, looking out to inlet, ocean and mountain views of Cairns. Please be advised that the Apartment is on the 7th level if booking with infants or small children, they must be supervised at all times by an adult. Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with microwave, oven, gas cook top, large fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods, pantry items for your use oils, salt, pepper, spices, Jams, honey, vegimite, alfoil, cling wrap etc. Bedroom 1 - King size bed, smart TV, built-in robes and en-suite with shower and spa bath, Air-conditioning & access to balcony. Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, built-in Robes, Air-conditioning with balcony access and water views. Bedroom 3 - Long Singles x 2, built-in robes, Air-conditioning and water views. Large balcony with ocean, inlet and mountain views, 6 seater chairs and table with comfy day chair, please be advised we are on the 7th Level if bringing infants and toddlers. Access to Netflix on Living Room TV and Bedroom 1. TV (Your own Netflix etc Log-in Details required) . On request, we can supply High chair and portable travel cot. Pool, BBQ area and gym access on Level 2, these are shared spaces. There are steps to access the pool. Maximum 6 Guests only. There are 2 Secure Car parking spaces located on the ground level with apartment number located on the parking spot wall, please advise if you require a car space. Guest access The Apartment complex reception does not store luggage and are not able to assist with inquiries for our Airbnb guests, contact us directly if you have any questions or issues while staying. Other things to note Due to the bed configuration the house is only suitable for MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE. There are strict regulations on all holiday accommodation. The most important are noise restrictions and they must be kept to a minimum at all times but especially after the hours of 10pm at night. We must abide by these regulations or fines will be processed to both hosts and guests. Please ensure the Apartment is suitable for your requirements prior to the final steps of booking. We also advise that we are on the 7th Floor of the Apartment Building so please consider when booking with small children. If you wish to stay up late and party the Apartment is not suitable for your group. We supply Sukin bathroom products for your use while staying at the Apartment, please do not remove products from the bathrooms. Pool towels are supplied for your convenience and can be found in each of the bedroom cupboards, please return to Apartment after use, they are privately owned. When cooking—if the smoke alarm is triggered due to cooking, the fire department will be dispatched, and all hotel guests will be required to evacuate the building. This can cause significant disruption to everyone staying in the Apartment complex. In such cases, you will be subject to a fine and eviction without a refund, so please take extra care to avoid triggering the alarm. The rangehood above the gas cooktop pulls out to extract most fumes and heat. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
