The space Welcome to our charming 17th-century home on a working farm, just outside Stradbally village, famous for events like Electric Picnic and the National Ploughing Championships. Embrace old-world charm as you cozy up by the wood-burning stove or wander through our enchanting riverside garden. Enjoy modern comforts with smart TVs, fiber broadband, and smart doors. Our eco-friendly property runs on solar power, features water conservation, and includes a solar-powered car charger. We offer nine guest rooms accommodating up to 30 guests. The house features two spacious bathrooms and a charming country kitchen with all essentials, plus a cozy living room. Guest access A few days before you are due to stay we will send you out our welcome email which will have our residents portal link this is where you can plan your trip, get your how to guides and learn about you check in and check out information. You will also get an email about our online check in, this is handy so you can be all prepared for your stay. Once you have checked in online you will get all the self check in info! For added convenience, daily housekeeping services can be requested at an extra charge, offering a butler service to attend to any needs or preferences throughout their stay. Two dogs live on the property. The Sir Hurt Barn: Our two entertainment barns are perfect for gatherings, featuring karaoke, a cinema area, fire pit, table tennis, a bar area with fridges, a living room, spa hot tub, and BBQ area. Please note: that the barn is not heated however you can add on gas heaters in the upgrades section. please also note it may not retain warmth as effectively in colder weather due to one side being open to the elements. This option can be added on after booking in our direct geust portal. 9 Barn gas heaters is €300 per day. *If you want to bring a few single air beds you may do so to allow for extra numbers over the 30 guests we can accommodate in beds.  —————————————————— Please note there is a €500 damages deposit paid direct to the property on your online check in process.
