You share a flat with other young people but the host does not live in the house so you will have total freedom as long as you respect your companions and the HOUSE RULES. Located in a classic building, in one of the most atmospheric areas, next to Licenciado Poza and García Rivero. Updated, with two bathrooms with large showers and a kitchen that has all the amenities (including 2 refrigerators) and dishes and complete kitchenware. Apartment decorated in a classic but modern style, with comfortable, bright and practical spaces. The apartment has central heating and hot water, laminate flooring, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining room and a living room with a 32-inch flat-screen TV and a large sofa. During your stay We have a customer service office with business hours but we are available on the mobile phone from 9 am to 10 pm, Monday through Sunday. Other things to note You will share an apartment with other young workers or students. The minimum stay from September to June for studies or work is 3/4 months and the months of June, July and August is 30 days. We make a contract for each room. It is stipulated that guests will pay for each month of rental through AIRBNB, a RENT with expenses and cleaning of common areas included. The LESSEE is obliged to pay the rent until the end of their stay, even if they are absent from the home due to vacation, illness, state of emergency, pandemic or other reasons during the agreed months. RENT and EXPENSES will vary depending on the people occupying the home and the use of supplies. Supplies (water and garbage, electricity, gas and fiber) have a maximum amount of €70 per person. If we detect an increase of more than 10% over the marked rate (calculated based on the annual average of the apartment or other apartments with similar characteristics), extra amounts may be requested.
