Welcome! We offer 3 private rooms in our home. We will share the common areas (living room, kitchen, and terrace) where we, your hosts, go about our daily lives. The advantage? By living here, we can provide you with immediate service and the best local tips. If you come for work, you'll enjoy peace and quiet; if you come for a party or a vacation, you'll have a safe home and expert recommendations. The perfect balance between independence and warmth. We look forward to seeing you! The space The apartment features three bedrooms: 1a. One double bed with full bathroom 2a. 2 Twin Beds 3a. 2 single beds or a king-size bed In addition, there is 1 additional full bathroom on the upper floor, and a half bathroom on the ground floor available for all occupants of the house. We are plant lovers, and if you appreciate them as much as we do, you can enjoy them on our upstairs terrace. On the outside of the house, we have space to park two regular-sized cars for your convenience. Rest assured that your car will be safe. Guest access Upon your arrival, one of the hosts will personally welcome you to explain the areas and give you the keys, which will allow you to enter and exit at any time as needed. For the guests' use and enjoyment, there is a living room upstairs, a minibar, and a terrace with a table and 4 chairs, but please also feel free to go downstairs to the kitchen and use the stove and utensils provided. During your stay Your hosts, Blanca, Omar, and Carlos, are available at all times, so feel free to come and chat or ask for help; otherwise, we will respect your privacy and try to be as unobtrusive as possible.
