Casa Rurale Faraone is not just a simple countryside house to stay in; it's an experience to be lived. The space The residence is located in the countryside of Teggiano, easily accessible from the A2 highway via the exits of Atena Lucana and Sala Consilina. The property has private parking and a garden that surrounds the recently renovated building. On the ground floor, there are common areas including a dining room where breakfast is served, a small living room, and one of the bedrooms. On the first floor, there are three other bedrooms. We do not offer catering services; however, if the entire property is booked (8 to 13 beds across 4 rooms), guests can use the kitchen independently. Guest access The common areas are all accessible to guests, from the garden to the dining room/kitchen, to the small living room on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, while the other three are on the first floor. There is the option to use the kitchen when the entire house is booked (8-13 people across 4 rooms). Other things to note Before your arrival, it is preferable to contact me so that I can provide you with better directions based on your place of origin. We are a small family-run establishment and have different logistical needs compared to a large hotel. Therefore, the rooms are not tidied up daily, but we offer additional towels if requested. However, cleaning is done every 3-4 days for longer stays. At the same time, we strive to be flexible and accommodate guests' special needs if there are any. Linens, towels, and soaps are included. Breakfast is included in the price. We offer a variety of long-lasting single-portion products as well as fresh items such as fruits and croissants. We care about environmental causes and try to reduce food waste as much as possible. If there is any fresh item that you don't like or cannot consume, please let us know in advance. For the same reason, we pay attention to waste management. In the kitchen, you will find bins for recycling, as well as a waste bin in each room for non-recyclable items. When you leave, please turn off the air conditioners. The rooms heat up or cool down quickly, so there's no need to leave them on all day. However, please avoid extreme low temperatures in summer and high temperatures in winter. We aim for relaxation and a carefree life here. There are beverages in the fridge. Feel free to help yourself if you're thirsty and want to relax with a beer. Just don't overdo it, as alcohol is harmful. The TVs in the rooms do not have antennas, only streaming services.
