A unique stay with a Tuscan flavour just a few kilometres from the sea The space IL MELOGRANO is the manor of the ancient Belvedere farmhouse, it is centrally located, with spectacular views of the Versilia coast, the sea and the Tuscan archipelago with its beautiful islands. You enter through the main gate and through the path that crosses the garden in front, you reach the front door. Beautiful interior, very bright with panoramic views of the coast, carefully decorated in a shabby chic style; it has two double bedrooms overlooking the sea (one with an additional single bed), two double bedrooms (which can also be set up as double) and two large bathrooms; perfect to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. Living area: living room with access to the exclusive garden, a large equipped kitchen with second dining table and breakfast area. Outside: A shared area with the other apartments: beautiful newly built swimming pool with space assigned and reserved for the Pomegranate, large wooded park with relaxation areas, ping-pong table, children's games. And an area reserved only for the Pomegranate with an area for eating, relaxing, barbecue. Staying at Casale Belvedere is a leap in time: a historic building with incredible charm, originally dating back to the 12th century AD but recently renovated, several properties have been built to accommodate tourists, the location will surprise you with the breathtaking view of the coast and the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago; the manor house is "Il Melograno", a beautiful house with light and restful tones with outdoor spaces and garden for exclusive use separated from the other two accommodations. They surround the Casale Belvedere, a large park with common areas and a splendid newly built swimming pool, terraces of centuries-old olive trees and a spectacular panorama. The house is located in a unique context, in the village of Pieve a Elici, a few tens of meters from the beautiful Romanesque parish church of San Pantaleone that since the eleventh century watches over the plain below.
