Modern detached coach house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and within easy reach of M5, Cheltenham, Gloucester and GCHQ. Shops and golf course are within walking distance. First floor room provides ample accommodation for one guest. Please check house rules before booking. The space Double bedroom with wardrobe, double bed, sideboard and desk. TV and Netflix, fridge and microwave together with cutlery and crockery are kept in the room. Headphones, which are provided, must be used to watch TV after 9.00pm. The bathroom is shared. Please check house rules before booking. Guest access There is one concrete step to the front door which is approx 18cm in height. Vans will need to park in the quiet cul de sac. Shared bathroom - please let me know approx when you need to shower. During your stay Please don't hesitate to contact me either in person whilst I'm at home, or text message. I live on premises with my 2 cats. Other things to note NON SMOKERS ONLY. FRONT DOOR MUST BE LOCKED COMING IN AND GOING OUT. IMPORTANT: Quiet time after 9pm until 8am eg. no loud zoom/video calls or loud audio devices etc IMPORTANT: No late nights after 10.30pm.
