Appartment South Le Clos du Papoune is located in Nyons, also called «Le Petit Nice» (same sunning rate as Nice) in the Drôme Provençale. While there is not a superb view on the mountains or rural area from the holiday rental, thanks to its ideal situation you will be able to enjoy the commodities of the village of Nyons, while still having your full privacy and staying in a very calm area of Nyons. The space The studio-apartment forms part of the holiday rental "Le Clos du Papoune" is situated in a very calm area in Nyons, Drôme Provencale, South France. Part of the terras is covered and a barbecue is present. A LAN connection can be provided upon request for your workation. The garden of the holiday rental is completely enclosed, thereby further ensuring your privacy and prohibiting any view from the street into the house or the garden. Next to the holiday rental there is a safe parking place for your car. All in all, perfect conditions for splendid holidays in the Provence ! Thanks to its situation within the house, it is fully flexible. There is even a possibility to add access to the private swimming pool. If after your reservation, family/friends would like to join in, you can reserve extra rooms to up to 7 persons (+ 1 baby) in the rest of the house. Furthermore, a wellness area can also be rendered accessible (option). Please do not hesitate to enquire about the possibilities. Your privacy is fully guaranteed during your staying at this holiday house. A bakery, grocery shop, shop of,the cave cooperative just behind the cemetery (back of the building and cemetery partially visible from certain parts of the terrace, but not the pool area) and news shop is reachable by feet (300 m). A shopping mall is present at 700 m. The private swimming pool (10x5m) (option) is secured with a floating curtain. An outside shower allows a refreshing rinse, without the need to enter the house. On the second terrace under the pine trees, the hammac is the perfect place for reading your favorite book or a relaxing nap. Games, books, baby cot, highchair, babybath, stroller... all freely available. Plenty of activities are possible in the neighbourhood, such as walking, canyoning, bicycle/VTT, climbing, tourism (Motelimar, Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Nyons, Richerenches, Crest, crocodile farm,.. ..), accrobranche, golf, ... While there is no superb view, you will be close to all commodities (grocery, supermarker, backery, restaurant,...) by feet. All this while your privacy is guaranteed.
