Brookend House Studio

Brookend House Studio is situated in the idyllic Herefordshire countryside with expansive views over fields and grassland, about ten minutes' drive from the historic market towns of Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth. It is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Wye Valley, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you can enjoy a wide variety of outdoor pursuits, or just relax in the tranquil surroundings. The space The self contained studio is a bright and airy space with underfloor heating throughout, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with large windows overlooking the beautiful garden and fields beyond. From the kitchen/dining one step leads down to the sitting area. From the sitting area, a door leads out onto a private patio with table, chairs, sunshade and charcoal barbecue. There is one bedroom with a king size bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with large shower, wash hand basin, toilet, mirror cabinet and magnifying mirror. Guest access There is a small, private patio with a table, two chairs, a sun shade and a charcoal barbecue. Deck chairs are also provided on request. Other things to note Brookend house studio is essentially a bungalow, i.e. everything is on one level. However, there is one step down from the kitchen / dining area to the sitting room. And another step out onto the patio.
