This cosy, spacious apartment forms part of The Old Butchers - a large property home to an arts and crafts studio. We are located in the heart of Uffculme, a pretty village with a pub, a café, fish and chip bar and two local shops. The area is great for dog walking, hiking, fishing and cycling with the river Culm close by. Uffculme is close to M5 junction 27 and mid distance between Exeter and Taunton with a nearby rail link at Tiverton Parkway. The space The flat at The Old Butchers is a self-contained annexe with an entrance via the craft studio at the front of the property. Don’t feel shy about looking around the studio! You’re welcome to use the extra space for colouring or other crafty pastimes! You are more than welcome to bring pets but please don't leave them unattended Guest access Guest access is via the studio and a key will be available to come and go as you please. Please note that after going through the studio there are some steep stairs up to the flat. Other things to note Parking is available in the village square which is free for all. It’s a very short walk to the property, otherwise parking is permissible in Chapel Hill, the small terrace of cottages opposite. Park against the stone walled area at the higher end of the street. You are welcome to bring pets but please don't leave them unattended
