We are the direct owners and this season we are announcing this exclusive, bright villa, fully renovated with unique views of the bay of Puerto de Sóller. Its location, between sea and mountain, makes it special. The exterior of the ground floor consists of a swimming pool with shower and several fully furnished terraces (with sun loungers, tables, chairs, barbecue, etc.). The house is divided into two individually equipped floors. For more than 5 guests, you can enjoy the two floors of the Villa. The space It stands out for its two large terraces with unique views of the bay of Puerto de Sóller, distributed on two levels so that sunbathing and eating/dining can be done independently. The outdoor pool is completely private, measuring 5x2.5m. The Villa is divided into two floors, each floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, cooking utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board, living-dining room with spectacular ocean views. In total, two bedrooms with a double bed in suite, three bedrooms with two twin beds, and another with a double bed. Each floor has two bathrooms, one private in the master bedroom. This year (2023) as a novelty, we have made renovations and installed air conditioning and central heating on both floors, as well as mosquito nets on all the windows of all the bedrooms When you rent the Villa, you have the option to enjoy both floors depending on the number of guests. Up to 5 people are provided with access to the floor below at an equal cost for everyone. For more than five guests, both floors will be opened, with an extra cost that Airbnb calculates automatically. Can Biri is environmentally conscious, which is why we have incorporated three different recycling bins. The Villa is located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, an area declared a UNESCO heritage site, in a private development, very quiet, where cars hardly pass. There is ample parking ahead. The Puerto de Sóller promenade is 400 meters away on a pleasant seafront road. At the beginning of the promenade you will find the white sandy beach, about an 8-minute walk from the Villa, as well as a wide variety of restaurants. We recommend reading the Ca'n Biri guide where we have indicated the most outstanding ones (including tourist and non-tourist restaurants where the locals also frequent). Just 100 meters away is a rocky beach, a natural rocky beach ideal for snorkeling. If you like mountaineering, near the Villa is the access where you will find very famous mountain routes in Mallorca such as Sóller-Deià-Valldemosa, which are part of the GR211 route of Mallorca, the dry stone route. Many guests choose us because of our proximity to the mountains. You can't miss the sunset from the "Es cap gros" Lighthouse, which is very close to the Villa, one of the most beautiful on the island. Upon arrival or if you prefer to send it in advance by mail, you will be asked for a passport or ID to send to the Sóller police registry (mandatory protocol for vacation rental houses).
