The carpenter Andon from Heybeliada decides to build a house on Burak Reis Street in 1928. The house was completed in 1930, and its lower floor is made of stone, upper floor is masonry gypsum, ceiling and floors are wooden. Andon the carpenter lived in this house for many years. No one had lived in this house for many years after his death. The new owner started the restoration in 2003. In 2004, a new life began in this renovated house surrounded by flowers.
