Cozy home in Avignon

The house is located in a quiet area 400 meters from the ramparts. The front doesn't look like much, but the courtyard allows you to park a vehicle. The living room overlooks the back garden with a small pool (3 m X 3 m) and a trampoline. Our house seems warm to friends passing through. It is also that of our ten-year-old daughter and full of surprises for the "younger ones". No cleaning fees. Please leave the house clean and tidy when you leave. Laurent, Julie and Lucie. The space A large living room/ kitchen (about 35 m2), two rather large bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the second with a single mezzanine bed. A third smaller bedroom (usually an office) and close to the living room/kitchen and equipped with a 90 cm bed. There is a bathroom with bathtub/two sinks/toilet. There are many board games and reading for all available (children's books, comics, novels, etc.). Our house is not perfect but the air conditioning and the small swimming pool are popular amenities. Guest access Possibility to park a vehicle in the courtyard and a vehicle in front of the house. The garden where the small swimming pool, trampoline, hut, barbecue, two armchairs/deckchairs are located is of course a private space. Other things to note Two discreet tenants reside here in our absence: our cat Tigrou (He is autonomous, discreet and affectionate, you just have to fill his plate from time to time) and Flash the turtle (a lettuce leaf and a little water delight his days).
