Mini house near city central

Mini house (35 square meters) equipped with everything you need! It is Great for long term rent, weekends, business travelers or tourists. Perfect location for Universeum and Liseberg. Free parking , Fast WiFi , 15 min bus ride to the city and 10 by car. Sleeping loft (really low ceiling height, can't stand up straight) double bed and a double bed settee in the living room. Bathroom with shower and washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen! The space Me and my wife really enjoyed designing and buiilding our mini house. The idea was to build a small, modern and cozy home with everything you could possibly need. We really wanted our guests to feel like home when away from home. You will of course have the full house on your own. PLEASE note that the sleeping loft has a low ceiling, you can't stand up strait! Some guests has not appreciated this when staying for a longer stay! We are a family our selves and have tried to make the house multi functional covering the needs for: - Families - Business travelers - Students - Couples - Friends It's compact living hence more convenient for a family of four than 4 adults. The area is really nice and quiet and commuting to the city is fast. Take the bus/tram for 20 minutes or drive there in just 10. Please note that this is not a middle of the city location. Great communication to popular locations such as city center, Liseberg, Partille cup and Gothia Cup. If Gothia cup matches are played in the Kviberg area it's a 5 minute walk. Nearest grocery store is five minutes walk from the house. The bus stop is next to the store. Serneke Arena (sports center) with it's surrounging is around the corner providing activities such as: - Indoor skiing - Beach Volley - Gym - Climbing Dome Utby is also a popular place for mountain climbing! Example of equipment in the house: - Bathroom with shower and Washing machine - Bathroom / shower - Fully equipped kitchen - Free parking - 250 mbit Wifi - FlatscreenTV - Nespresso machine - Cupboard for clothes storage - Large drawer for clothes storage Guest access You will have the the entire house for yourselves. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the house and neither just outside the house! If you want to enjoy a smoke please take a short walk. Also please note that the listing is tagged as child friendly but the stairs are steep. I would recommend kids between 1 to 5 to stay away from the loft and sleep downstairs instead. Carrying an infant up and down the steep stairs to the loft is not recommended! For your you and your baby’s safety please use the baby bed and have it downstairs.
