Our newly renovated semi-detached house is located in the idyllic Moosrain, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee - the gateway to the Tegernsee Valley. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest and has about 75sqm. With the nearby train station (about 500 m away) you can reach Munich in just 50 minutes. The Dürnbacher market square with bakery, butcher, Edeka, Penny and pharmacy is only 1.0 km away and also the Tegernsee is only about 2.3 km from our apartment.
