Beautiful private room of about 20 m2 in a character house dating from 1839. This quiet room has a 160 x 200 bed as well as a reading area and "desk". It also has reversible air conditioning. You have access to a private bathroom. Guests can also enjoy the living room by the fireplace. The house has a swimming pool, terrace and 2000 m2 garden. This place is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the calm of the countryside. The space The house is ideally located 10 minutes from Brive and 20 minutes from Tulle. You can enjoy our region suitable for hiking, cycling or quad biking and you can even organize a day to go down the Dordogne by canoe along the castles in the summer (a pleasure for the eyes and relaxation guaranteed). You can also visit many villages (Collonges la Rouge, Turenne, Les Tours de Merle, Sarlat etc...) museums (the cloister of the cathedral of Tulle, the Maugein accordions, the Denoix distillery) castles and their gardens, extraordinary sites such as the Gimel waterfalls, the Monedieres, the Aubazine Monks Canal, take fun outings such as the Colette Gardens and its labyrinth, swim in different bodies of water, etc...
