Welcome to our Chinese Room, a peaceful retreat, a king-size bed and private en suite shower. The room faces south, overlooking the garden and includes a TV. We are just 5 minutes from the station (15 minutes to Waterloo) and buses to the Wimbledon tennis grounds, with a 7-minute walk to Wimbledon Village. The space Terrace house on a no-through road 5 minutes from train/tube station (direct to Waterloo - 15 mins). Close to Wimbledon Village - 7 mins walk and 5 mins from Wimbledon Town and shops. South facing garden. No pets. Smoke free. On road parking is available at an extra charge. Guest access Kitchen/dining room (no cooking I am afraid). I don’t allow take aways to be brought back to the house and I expect all meals other than breakfast to be eaten out. No access to put things in the fridge unless by prior arrangement. Conservatory with sofas and Virgin cable TV. Wireless internet. Help yourself to tea/coffee. Happy for you to use the garden and TV downstairs. There is a lovely sitting room too if you would like a quiet room to sit and read. Delicious breakfast provided. During your stay My husband and I are happy to interact with guests if they wish and give them advice on travel in London, local restaurants and historical sites and tours. We have lived in London most of our lives. We are golfers and play bridge. Other things to note I am an interior designer and our house was completely renovated when we moved in a few years ago. It is spacious and light and has a south facing garden. Wireless internet, cable TV with all channels, limitless tea and coffee all day. We can arrange parking either on or off road at an extra £10 per day or part day.
