Rental unit in Seyssins

Our house is an old farmhouse located in Seyssins on the edge of Grenoble. We have renovated the independent barn in which the accommodation we offer for rent is located. In a quiet residential area, it is a haven of peace and greenery near the very lively city center of Grenoble (12 minutes by bike or 23 minutes by tram). The space You will stay in a completely independent building (former barn) with a very high ceiling overlooking the garden, it is composed of two small apartments. For this fully equipped apartment, we chose to give it a cozy atmosphere to accommodate family, friends and Airbnb visitors. On the edge of the Drac and the bike path, we are surrounded by greenery and yet minutes from the lively center of Grenoble. Guest access You will be able to enjoy shared access to the garden with us and the tenants of another studio (no outside visitors allowed). Numerous free parking spaces on the street, and possibility to park a vehicle in the courtyard. You will be able to enjoy our shaded garden (no outside visitors allowed). Other things to note Nearby (400 m) you will find: bakery, butcher, greengrocer, tobacco - news, grocery store... Possibility to store your bikes or sports equipment (ski, etc.) on site
