Small single bedroom with single bed size Daybed

My place is close to Ruthin , restaurants local pubs with great food. Mold , Llangollen, Chester the coast within easy travelling distance. Visitors can use the sitting room and kitchen . Great views and lovely walks on the Clwydian Hills in front of the house . Offa's Dyke path is in easy reach. The area is rich is archaeological and historic sites. I am happy to share my knowledge and suggest places to visit . Retreat for a while in peace I will consider one dog - I have one dog The space The room is small but cosy with drawer space and room to hang clothes in shared wardrobe. I provide a small basket with essentials such as shampoo for guest use. Guests have use of a sitting and dining area with a large table to eat /work.Close to the Clwydian Hills in the Vale of Clwyd the house is quiet and ideal for anyone who wants peace to work, write , walk or just retreat for a while ! The bedroom is a small single with use of a bathroom ,not ensuite but close to the bathroom . Visitors have use of a sitting room and large table to work or eat . There is WiFi . A basket filled with Shampoo, conditioner, tissues and more is available for guests who need them .The house is a family home with some work being undertaken but it is cosy and very welcoming . The area is ideal for walking, cycling and exploring . Anyone visiting on business will find a peaceful retreat after a busy day. I'm happy to offer lifts to walkers and Offa's Dyke travellers There is also a large King Size bed in a spacious bedroom under my other listing as well as a larger single bedroom. Long stays for work or study very welcome Guest access The bedroom is a small single with use of the main bathroom . Guests have access to their own sitting room with TV , Wifi , dining /work area and shared kitchen. If staying for longer than one night I can provide a key for visitors to come and go During your stay I am an archaeologist and historian with great local knowledge and can help with places to visit I respect the fact that people want privacy , hence the private space offered Other things to note I have one elderly Dog who goes everywhere with me but is not allowed in guest space The location is not in Ruthin but a small village approximately just over a mile outside
