It has an area of 50 square meters. In my opinion, it is suitable for 2-4 people and even perfect for two couples. All windows have a south-west exposure, thanks to which the apartment is bright and cozy, and besides, very private, it is not possible for anyone to look into the windows. Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with a parking space on the property, but you can always find public spaces nearby. However, I recommend traveling by train, because the Sopot station is 100 meters away from the Villa (you do not feel it at all, the area is quiet and peaceful). I warn you that the staircase definitely needs renovation. At the same time, I believe that you do not plan to spend your holidays in the staircase.
