Fully self-contained, this modern and clean private accomodation is independent to a main home on a large block. Seperate access from the laneway, just minutes walk from the beach, train station and host of shops & cafes. Won't disappoint. Upto 3 guests (including any infants) permitted. Either a fold-a-bed or port-a-cot (including linen) will be provided for any additional guests (additional $15/night per additional bed) The space A custom-built self-contained apartment, located upstairs over a garage is modern, large with timber floors and quality fittings, fixtures and appliances. Guest access The studio apartment has seperate, private access from a laneway behind a detached main house. Other things to note Maximum no. of guests: 3 (including infants). If additional guest is booked please advise whether either fold-up bed or port-a-cot is required. Only a basic breakfast is provided, intended for guests arriving late and unable to access a shop prior to arrival. Muesli, milk, coffee and tea are provided.
