Rated one of the top 14 Airbnb's in Sydney by Urban Space. Light filled studio brimming with flowers & ferns, & a glorious stone bath for two. Opening onto extensive gardens with beach access from garden gate. All essentials: En-suite, kitchenette including microwave, toaster, coffee machine & jug. Adjacent undercover BBQ & gas ring. Organics products & fresh fruits included with breakfast. Please advise if gluten or lactose free. NB: Adult's only retreat, no children or pets. The space This peaceful retreat is moments from the water's edge - the lovely Maianbar lagoon. Birdsong and bush surround. The studio is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a lovely weekend or mid week stay. Please note, the studio is entirely self contained. It is separate from the main house. Think of an apartment - there are shared entries and gardens within a private home. Unfortunately not suitable for disabled people as there are steps. With the constant threat of covid we pride ourselves on our crisp, clean linens to luxuriate in after a wonderful deep bath with candles, bubbles and magnesiums salts on offer. Guest access Room, kitchenette, ensuite, garden with gate at the bottom leading to the waterfront and a stroll around to the local cafe. Steps up to garage Please note, there are stone steps leading down to the studio space. Despite the presence of a handrail, they pose risk for the very young or frail and are not accessible for those reliant on a wheelchair, crutches, or walking frame. Other things to note Where possible we endeavour to be flexible with our check in and out times Check in time is 3pm, however if arriving earlier, guests can use available car space and enjoy the beach or lunch. Check out time is 10 am to allow time to clean. However, if there is no immediate booking you may linger on and enjoy yourselves until 1 pm. Unfortunately, although I love animals, I must say no to pets. Also, because there are stone steps it is necessary to be reasonably agile. We provide a map of the surrounding park with suggested walks and sights. An attractive short walk (apprx 2km's) through park to Bundeena, if one wishes to indulge in further amenities or catch the historic ferry over to Cronulla and its pleasures. Our garden gate accesses the waterfront where guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, birdwatching, clean sand, sunshine and walks. We provide a small bar fridge with freezer, but if required, a large esky is available. also deep freeze space in the garage can be made available.
