Silverbirch Cottage

The Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, a sun deck at the back and plenty of comfortable couches and seating (incl Fireplace!). The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, crockery, cutlery, gas cooktop, oven and microwave. Guests have full use of the cottage laundry - washing machine, clothes dryer. Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed + 1 x Single bunk Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed + 1 x Single Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed Single Rollaway bed and Porta Cot available on request. The space We have tried to create a cosy feel at the cottage to help guests relax and enjoy themselves, with comfy soft furnishings, a DVD library, tasteful décor, sundeck, dining for 8 as well as tasteful artwork and wall hangings decorating the interiors. Guest access The cottage is wheelchair friendly with only a few wide steps to navigate at the front and a ramp and single low step through French doors at the side of the house which allows easy access to the courtyard. Other things to note We are a pet friendly property, which means pets are allowed inside, subject to the following rules: 1. Pets are not allowed up on the furniture eg sofas or on beds. 2. Overnight all pets are to be kept inside the (internal) laundry or in a bedroom with the door kept closed, so the pet does not have the run of the house overnight. 3.
