Elegant apartment in a villa with garden and private parking, 10 minutes by bus from the historic center of Venice. Recently renovated and thoughtfully furnished. It has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The space The apartment has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for couples, friends or families with children. All baby equipment is available. Guest access Guests have a parking space inside the courtyard. Our guests will be able to use the garden that has a gazebo for outdoor lunches or aperitifs and a barbecue for grilling. There is also a trampoline and swings for our younger guests. Other things to note TOURIST TAX APPLICATION In 2011, the City of Venice established a tourist tax for all non-residents staying in accommodation within the municipal territory. Guests are only required to pay the tourist tax for the first five consecutive nights of their stay in the accommodation. The property manager will issue the guest with proof of payment of the tourist tax. No further tax is due from the sixth consecutive day of their stay. The tourist tax rate is established by the Municipal Administration and varies according to: - the period: high season (from 1 February to 31 December 31) and low season (from 1 January to 31 January); - the type of accommodation: e.g. hotels, apartments, bed & breakfast, farm stays; - the area where the accommodation is located: historic centre, islands, mainland. There are also tax reductions and exemptions, such as for example: - 50% reduction for children between 10 and 16 years old; - exemption from payment for children under the age of 10; - exemption for the disabled. The funds raised will help the City to improve the quality of its tourist offer (services, museums, events, etc.) and to finance maintenance work and aid the fruition and recovery of cultural and architectural heritage.
