For everyone's safety, we have installed a surveillance camera in the lobby that monitors the comings and goings. There is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow. The space The studio is not suitable and intended to accommodate people. It's pretty small and it creates noise for the tenants below. I really want everyone to respect the rules. The location is nice with a beautiful view of the harbor but does not have a private parking space. There may also be a little noise on weekends since it is at the entrance to the city center. It's not the quietness of the countryside. The tourist office is just down the street on your right. The accommodation is strictly smoke-free.
