1st Queen size bedroom available in Homestead on 50 acre property. 2 other rooms listed separately. Fresh cooked or continental breakfast from farm and local produce. Shared kitchen, dining & lounge area with hosts. The space Comfortable, private west wing of house. Shared bathroom with other guests. 3 rooms available. One has a queen size bed, the 2nd has 2 x single beds and the 3rd room has 1 x queen size bed. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen, lounge, go for walks in the garden, walk on the property or experience the farm. During your stay We can offer suggestions of places to visit in the Adelaide Hills and South Australia or leave you to relax, up to you. Other things to note No pets thanks. The washing machine fee is $5 with washing powder provided. House is only on rainwater, so please don't leave taps running. Breakfast is supplied, please bring food and cooking ingredients for other meals. No use of billiard table after 10pm or under 15 years of age. Living area quiet after 10pm.
