FAQ: Q1. Is it possible to check-in or drop off luggage off early? A1. Early check-in won't be possible but you are welcome to come and drop luggage anytime after 11 am and come back to check-in while housekeeping prepares the villa for you. Q2. Is it possible to arrange a late checkout? A2. You are welcome to leave your packed luggage with the security on checkout at 11 am and come back to pick it up later in the day. Q3. Is it possible to check-in late (night time)? A3. We have 24 hours security staff on site and you are welcome to check-in anytime that's convenient to you, if you are arriving late in the night we suggest you inform us in beforehand so we can brief the security team accordingly. Also please note, it can get tricky to navigate the area in the night and we have seen quests coming on their own arrangement struggle to find the villa late in the night, in this case we strongly recommend to arrange taxi with our third party taxi service, all the taxi drivers they use know exact location of our villas may save you the avoidable hassle. Q4. Is it possible to arrange Airport pickup? A4. Yes, we can arrange Airport pickup with our third party taxi service, they charge Rp. 250K for a pickup from the Airport, this is cheaper than any other taxi service we know or you will get at the airport and we have found it most reliable too. If you need us to arrange a taxi for you, please let us know your flight number, the scheduled time of arrival, the name of the passenger driver should look for and a local or Whatsapp number he can reach you if needed. Q5. Can you arrange scooters for us and how much do they cost? A5. Yes, scooters can arrange them same day once you are onsite, please speak to our villa manager where you are here and should be able to get them for you pretty swiftly. Cost for scooter hire starts from Rp 60K. Q6. Is there breakfast provided? What are the food options? A6. There is no kitchen in the villa, just like the majority our guests do, you can either go to the nearby restaurant or cafe's or order food for delivery to the villa, there are plenty of options locally and at walking distance from the villa. Q7. Can we arrange a floating breakfast? A7. For Instagram floating breakfast we recommend you get in touch with Island Graze for their menus and availability.
