There are large windows that offer fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and to the west there are French doors through which you can enjoy the garden from the inside. On the entry level of this villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen with stunning views, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with king size beds and each with its own bathroom and one with a large terrace. Both bedrooms have great sea views. On the lowest level of this 3 storey villa there is another large open plan Arabic style space with a wood burning stove. Part of that room is screened off as a bedroom with a double bed. On the same floor there is a sink and shower. The relaxing Finnish sauna is also located on this floor. The design with the bedrooms spread over 3 floors makes this villa ideal for several families holidaying together. There are large spaces where everyone can be together, but when people want to have time for themselves, they can easily find a private spot on one of the various terraces or in the garden. The beautiful free-form pool is located on the lower level. It is surrounded by a large, sunny terrace. The view from the pool terrace is truly breathtaking and the terrace enjoys the sun all day long as the villa faces south. From here you can see both the sunrise and the sunset. There are comfortable sun loungers for comfortable sunbathing and a table and chairs as well as a good quality gas BBQ. Villa Esmeralda is located on the very beautiful hilly urbanization of Alfamar. The urbanization has a leisure area with a large swimming pool and tennis court. Our guests can use these facilities free of charge. The tennis court is open all year round and the communal swimming pool in July and August.
