The space Welcome to our cozy and simple cabin, perfect for up to 2 people! The cabin features a comfortable family bunk bed and is equipped with the essentials for a relaxing stay. On the terrace, there is a practical outdoor kitchen with two stovetop burners, a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, and other kitchen utensils – ideal for preparing simple meals while enjoying the fresh air. At the back of the cabin, there is an additional room with a basic shower, sink, and a urine-separating dry toilet (Separett). We want to emphasize that this is a cabin with simple amenities and a dry toilet, meaning the toilet is not connected to a sewage system. Instead, it separates urine and solid waste, eliminating the need for water, drainage, or heated space. The toilet is equipped with an efficient fan to minimize odors and moisture, but it differs from a traditional toilet. Please be aware of this before booking, so you feel comfortable using a dry toilet during your stay. As a guest, you are also responsible for cleaning the toilet after your stay to ensure the next visitor has an equally pleasant experience. The properties are separated by hedges and fences, but the yard is shared with other guests, creating a friendly and social atmosphere. During your stay, you have full access to the entire house, allowing you to relax and feel at home. Please note that the owner has a friendly dog and chickens, with the chicken coop located on the guest cabin’s side. If you plan to bring your own dog, it's good to be aware of this beforehand. In the middle of the yard, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for gathering, grilling, and enjoying time together—perhaps even with other guests if you'd like to share a pleasant evening. For your safety and privacy, the entire property is fenced. We look forward to welcoming you to our Other things to note Self-Catering You are responsible for the cabin during your stay, as it operates on a self-catering basis. To make it easy for you, there is a checklist in the cabin to help you follow the steps and leave it in good condition upon departure. If you do not clean the cabin before leaving, a fee of 1700 SEK will be charged. Please make sure to carefully follow the checklist and leave the cabin tidy and clean before your departure. We understand that cleaning before leaving might feel like extra effort, but it helps us keep the cabin in the best possible condition for the next guest. Breakfast Service Enjoy a relaxing morning while your breakfast basket is ready at your door – a calm and enjoyable start to the day with delicious food! The basket is delivered by 8:30 AM and can be ordered before arrival or daily until 12:00 PM. The breakfast basket includes: bread roll, cold cuts, butter, cheese, eggs, fruit, milk, muesli, jam, yogurt, and juice. Price: 250 SEK (sufficient for 2 people). Note: The breakfast service is only available when we are home. Pick-up Service We are happy to pick you up from Skavsta Airport, the train station, or the bus station in Nyköping.
