If the guest cancels the entire or partial reservation due to personal reasons, a handling fee of at least 15% of the accommodation fee will be charged. 1. Completion of the reservation is deemed as the Guest’s agreement to this Cancellation Policy. For room charges from the 4th to the 7th day (including the 7th day) after the check-out date, 70% of the room rate will be charged.
