The space We are proud to present this brand our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in prime Reading location. The property offers a fully-equipped modern kitchen, large living room, two bathrooms, off-road parking and a private garden. The interior furnishings have been designed to provide a modern, contemporary feel whilst providing all of the home-comforts you need for a perfect stay. The property is located a short 5 minute drive to the M4 motorway and a 10 minute drive to Reading Town Centre. This property comprises of three bedrooms - 1 double, 1 single and 1 twin and the possibility of a sofa-bed in the lounge. Each bedroom offers comfortable beds, ample storage space, a Netflix enabled HDTV and black-out curtains. There is also a workspace available. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans required, in addition to the oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. We also have a fitted dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests to use. The property further benefits from a large, modern living area. Within the living area is a workspace, sofa (which can pull out into a bed), armchair and a large 50" Smart TV. There is also a spacious dining table and chairs near the patio doors which open into a secluded private garden area and terrace. We also provide complimentary toiletries, cereals, tea, coffee and sugar on arrival. In addition, washing machine and dishwasher capsules are provided. Guest access The entire house, private garden/terrace and parking is available to guests. Other things to note Please ensure the house rules are read prior to booking. The house rules must be followed at all times throughout your stay to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for neighbours. Photo IDs for all adults (18 and over) (driving license or passport) is required to be sent to the host prior to check in.
