Spacious, Quiet Flat opposite Earl's Court Station

Enjoy London from a base opposite the Earls Court train station. The flat (2nd floor) is very spacious with huge windows facing the back internal yard that allow a lot of natural light and air, whilst remaining quiet. It has been refurbished to a high standard and has air-condition for the hot summer days Long term tenants are still living in the property (until 30 July) and are waiting on them to sort some amenities like WiFi & kitchen utilities (Kettle - cuttlery etc). Ask for an update! The space The flat is located on the 2nd floor which means you have a few flights of stairs before you reach it. Once inside the first door on your right is the bathroom and opposite of that is the bedroom with big windows for natural lighting and plenty of space for your clothes. The next room after that is the living room which also connects you to the kitchen. It is very spacious with huge windows facing the back internal yard that allow a lot of natural light and air, whilst remaining quiet, since the flat it's actually at the back of the building facing away from the main road! The kitchen contains basic amenities. Other things to note **IMPORTANT** Please ask me for an update before booking. As mention in the description at the time of writing this, there are still tenants in the flat. We are waiting on them to let us know what stuff they are taking with them and what not like cutlery, silverware, kitchen utilities e.t.c. Additionally, it will probably take a few days for the WiFi to be available since providers don't usually allow switching accounts between people and that means that they need to cancel theirs and I need to create a new one.
