To that effect, we provide: - Power backup, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, washing machine  - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 15 cars This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 in basement.  - All bedrooms offer AC and a double bed.  - Three of the bedrooms open up to an attached balcony.  - Extra mattresses can be provided on request.  - Kindly note that there is a separate entrance to 4th bedroom. BATHROOMS - The villa has 4 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is spacious and has a seating arrangement for about 10 people - The space is equipped with an air-conditioner & TV. - This place offers a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. - The dining area seats about 8 people. - Guests can access the cosy seating spaces around the house or enjoy a fresh cup of coffee by the balcony as they enjoy the exhilarating view the bungalow overlooks.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - The kitchen is fully functional and well equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, etc. - Crockery is also available for 15 people. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on above prices. - Please note that the food will be delivered to the property. - Alternatively, guests can choose to eat out at nearby restaurants. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note ACTIVITIES Within the property, there are few sports kits available for the guests like football, badminton etc. along with a few indoor games like darts and other board games. Guests can wake up to the mist and chirping of birds, walk to the balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoy the breathtaking view. Step out of your Villa and tourism opportunities are waiting to be explored. You can visit the historic Karla caves or trek up to Rajmachi Fort. Spend time at Duke's Nose and lots more. Visapur forest, Korigad and Lohagad Forts. Rock garden, Bairamji point and Khatri Park are all within accessible distance. The market and popular restaurants are also within easy reach. STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation. However, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost - The washing machine/dryer can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 3000.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - Kindly note that there is a separate entrance to the 4th bedroom.  - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, basic power backup is available at the property.  - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The caretaker stays on the premises of same property.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. However, please note that the Wi-Fi is onl limited to the living area. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
