Located within a gated community, our house is a reasonable distance from NAIA terminals: 9.2km from Terminal 1, 7.5km from Terminal 2, and 9.2km from Terminal 3. Our location also makes several malls and establishments accessible (SM Sucat, SM BF Parañaque, SM Mall of Asia in Pasay, Alabang Town Center) and is a close vicinity to SLEX, connecting you to the rest of Metro Manila or Southern Luzon. Our tiny home offers a convenient transient home for frequent fliers and travellers alike. The space Our house is tiny, only 5.5 x 5.5 floor sq meters, and offers a cozy space for small families, small groups, and couples. Though the house is small, there is a spacious front yard and a parking lot that fits one vehicle. Inside, there is a living room, dining area, bathroom, an indoor kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and an outdoor kitchen where guests can cook. There are two bedrooms upstairs: the master’s bedroom has a queen size bed, air-conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a wall fan. The upstairs common area serves as an additional sleeping area with its double size bed and wall fan. In the living room downstairs, there is a sofa bed for an extra guest. Note: there is a balcony in the master’s bedroom but this area is closed off permanently. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the outdoor kitchen, front yard, and outdoor sitting area. However, the master’s bedroom balcony and the caretaker’s quarters are off-limits. Other things to note Indoor dining area is slightly elevated so please watch your step.
