House is located in a quiet part of Caska, directly on the beach, it has stunning view to the sea. Apartment is suitable for families with children as well as for young people who want to attend parties on Zrće beach. . Beach Caska is only few minutes walk and beach Zrće is 15 minutes walk from the property. There are restaurants on the beach Caska, few mintutes walk from the house, and plenty of amenities on Zrće beach. Closest supermarket in in Novalja 2,5 km away from the house. The space Apartment is located on upper ground floor it has stunning view to the sea, it consists of one double bedroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom and balcony. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, bedroom have bed linen and towels as well as sofa bed in the living room. On the ground floor is a grill which clients can use. There is also a housekeeper at the property who looks after the house and clients. A small beach is just outside the property as well as a port where we can organise a berth if one needs it. Guest access Guests have apartment for themselves, they can use grill and parking space. Other things to note Damage deopsit: 100 euro On the day of arrival client is obliged to leave deposit for the apartment and this deposit will be returned on the day of departure if no damage is made to the apartment.
