Our newly built apartment, completed in May 2018, offers a wonderful view towards the south of the Bregenzerwald mountains. The "Holz 100 house" has been built entirely of wood and natural insulation materials. The two-room apartment is 70m2 and consists of a kitchen-living room, sheep room, gallery and balcony. There is a café-restaurant in the house which also offers a sauna. There is a grocery shop 100m away. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity. The space The apartments have been built with natural products. The walls are thawed from glue-free layered wood. Some interior walls have been covered with clay plaster. The wooden floor is made of a solid wood. The apartment is heated with infrared panels ( radiant heat) Guest access Guest may also use the garden area. There is also barbecue area there. Other things to note There is a cafe restaurant in the house. There you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The sauna system can also be used on reservation. This offer is not included in the apartment price.
