The space The studio apartment (25/30 sqm) consists of: living room with equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with: TV, oven, kettle, crockery, air conditioning, WI-FI (partial use), safe, iron and ironing board (on request), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bed linen and towels (first supply). Most have a balcony equipped with table and chairs. Also inside the apartment you will find a beach umbrella to take with you for your days on the beach. Other things to note Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated by all guests at the confirmation of booking and, then the reception office must be contacted in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional fee of €50.00 may be charged as a penalty. Check-out from 09:00 to 10:00. THE PRICE INCLUDES: swimmingpool, WI-FI (for partial use), use of shared washing machine and dryer, use of bicycles subject to availability (deposit for use € 50), courtesy kit (bathroom and kitchen), electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels (first supply), air conditioning. On your arrival, you will have to pay some obligatory costs: DEPOSIT: € 200.00, refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the flat. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the client). CITY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Santa Teresa (the amount is variable). Payment in cash at check-in. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50.00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for not disposing the waste.
