To the right, you'll discover a charming dining room featuring a large table and comfortable chairs, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. On the left side, a delightful music room and a cosy downstairs TV room invite relaxation and enjoyment. The heart of the home is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an electric oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, making meal prep a breeze. The central island not only enhances the kitchen's functionality but also doubles as a breakfast bar with stools, providing a casual spot for morning coffee or quick meals with loved ones. Convenience is key with a downstairs toilet and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and an additional fridge. Step outside through the back door to find a lovely garden just a few steps down, an ideal space for outdoor activities or peaceful retreats. This home truly combines comfort and practicality, making it a wonderful place to live and entertain. Please keep in mind that the garden's entrance is not gated, so adult supervision is essential for children to ensure their safety. A convenient pathway runs alongside the garden, leading directly to the parking area at the rear. Although residents may use this path, rest assured that the garden is exclusively reserved for guests of East Pallant House, providing you with a private retreat to unwind and relax during your stay! Upon your arrival to East Pallant Townhouse, Chichester, we provide a thoughtfully curated welcome pack for our guests. This pack includes an array of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, and more. Additionally, you’ll find a selection of indulgent goodies including chocolates and sweets to make your stay extra special. We also provide shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and there is hand wash available at each sink. Experience the convenience of our complimentary offerings, including a travel cot (just bring your own linen) and high chair, as well as baby packs for 0-2 year olds and toddler packs for 2-4 year olds. To ensure availability, please request these items in advance, for short stays only. East Pallant House is located in a quiet residential area, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours at all times. - No excessive noise, whether inside the accommodation or in the garden, is permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM. - Outdoor music and use of fireworks are not permitted at any time. - You are very welcome to enjoy the garden and patio, but we kindly ask that these areas are vacated by 10 PM out of respect for our neighbours. Any complaints from residents regarding noise during the restricted hours will be taken seriously and fully investigated. Breaches may result in reporting to your booking platform (if booked through a third party) and/or forfeiture of your damage deposit to cover any potential compensation claims. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for both guests and the local community. Damage Deposit Policy: We are committed to protecting our properties and complying with all short-term rental regulations. A refundable damage deposit is required in advance of your stay of £500, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Residents will use the path to get to and from the building but the garden is for sole use of guests staying at East Pallant House Guest access There are stairs in the property and no lift. Other things to note 1. East Pallant House is located in a quiet residential area, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbours at all times. 2. No excessive noise, whether inside the accommodation or in the garden, is permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM. 3. Outdoor music and use of fireworks are not permitted at any time. 4. You are very welcome to enjoy the garden and patio, but we kindly ask that these areas are vacated by 10 PM out of respect for our neighbours. 5. Smoking is forbidden in the house, if you smoke in the garden please use the ashtrays provided. 6. Damages and breakages will be taken as part of the damage deposit. If anything is broken on arrival, please report to the property manager. 7. Please park in the ‘House’ designated car parking spaces only, 4 cars maximum. Display your permits clearly. 8. Please note that fire places are for decorative purposes only and are not functional, candles are also not allowed. 9. Do not place anything on top of the piano 10. When using the pool table please take care and replace the cover after use. 11. No pets allowed. 12. Please refrain from putting wipes (even flushable ones!) down the toilets.
