Carefully placed in an unique and predominantly pristine landscape, the Green Property domain and its surroundings offer all the ingredients for a relaxing stay. It is our idea of a sanctuary when we feel the need to escape from the daily hustle and bustle. We want those who visit us to be charged with positive energy and health, to find time for themselves, to renew their connection with nature and to give up the worries at home. The space Nemira Villa is recently built and it’s located in the upper part of our domain very close to the forest line. Charming and spacious, the villa is offering accommodation for a total of 6 adults and their children in 3 independent bedrooms. The two master bedrooms on the second floor are pleasant and intimate. Each with its own bathroom and dressing, they are a suitable choice for a relaxing stay benefiting from two outdoor terraces overlooking the forest, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning. On the ground floor you can find the third bedroom with its shared bathroom and the open space living room that holds a sofa bed, 3 armchairs and a big-size HD TV. Also, the kitchen comes fully equipped with cutlery and dishes for up to 10 guests. In the vicinity of the villa you will find a closed gazebo (pavilion) equipped with barbecue, stove, running water and a state-of-the-art audio system. Nemira Villa provides all modern basic accomodation and stunning views of undisturbed nature next to a village that is still living life in the traditional way. Surrounded by woods and meadows, it’s the perfect place for small groups looking for peace and privacy and a large property where the kids can run free. If you are planning an active getaway, we challenge you to fish for your lunch or dinner in our fish pond. You can prepare your meals in the open gazebo that is placed next to the huts, in the vicinity of the pond or in the pavilion. Or you can try football and foot tennis, during the day or at night! If you are energized and want to explore the surroundings, we recommend that you take the bike with you or we will borrow you one to enjoy the tourist attractions in the area. Food & drinks Taste local foods such as 'mamaliga cu branza', ‘miel la protap’, plum, apple or grape ‘tuica’. You can order these delicious local dishes from your warm host who will be happy to provide them for you for extra charges. When visiting sights, if the opportunity arises, we warmly recommend a lunch of freshly-caught grilled trout & polenta (mamaliga). Breakfast and dinner on demand for extra charge! Please let us know prior to arrival if you want breakfast or dinner as we need to prepare in advance. Day trips further afield! Other things to note It is important to know that although we love animals, we decided not to accept pets for the peace of our guests and for a perfect cleanliness. Also, we mention that all the facilities are used exclusively by the guests of our property.
