"Granny-Flat" apartment in the basement of a single family detached house. Sleeping/living room + kitchen+bath room (42 sqm) in Bondorf 40 km S of Stuttgart. Quiet, but very conveniently located: BAB 81, to Stuttgart 37 min by train, train station 7 min walk. For up to 2 persons (maybe an additional toddler) The space Holiday apartment AMREIN in Bondorf (Boeblingen county). Fully equipped granny-flat with kitchen and bathroom. Spacious living/sleeping room with a queen-size (140cm x 200cm) bed plus a studio couch ( 150cm in width when expanded). Thus, comfortable for one or two persons; maybe suitable for three for a short period of time. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooker (including baking oven), micro wave, water cooker, coffee maker. The bathroom offers a sitz bath, and a shower, of course. Just recently, we installed a washing machine and a laundry dryer which is placed in a separate small store room. For communication, information and entertainment, free wifi and a satellite TV are available. You may particularly like the separate entrance of the apartment which is placed at the side of our house. The location is very quiet - low-traffic area- pure housing zone. The Bondorf train station is just a 700m (maybe a 7 minute walk) away. From there, you can travel to Stuttart main station by an hourly service in 37 minutes (without change), to Boeblingen 20 minutes. Tuebingen is 20 km away, takes about 20 minutes by car - public transportation is possible, but includes changes. Guest access You may particularly like the separate entrance of the apartment which is placed at the side of our house. We usually don't hear or notice otherwise of our guests once we have welcomed them ... Other things to note Stairway entrance / exit outside - so not suitable for walking-impaired people.
